Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the ves789 platform, including the website accessible at ves789.app, all associated mobile-optimised pages, and all services offered therein, including casino games, sports betting, crash games, fish games, and live dealer products. The Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between ves789 ("we", "us", "the Company", "the Platform") and each individual who accesses, registers on, or uses any part of the ves789 platform ("you", "the Player", "the User").

By registering a ves789 account, completing the login process, or otherwise using any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them unconditionally. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the ves789 platform.

The ves789 platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and above. By registering an account, you warrant and represent that you meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for as long as your account remains active:

1. You are aged 21 years or older. ves789 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 and applies mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification to all accounts. Accounts found to belong to persons under the age of 21 will be closed immediately and all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable policies.
2. You are registering as an individual in your own personal capacity. Corporate accounts, joint accounts, or accounts held on behalf of a third party are not permitted.
3. You have not previously been excluded from the ves789 platform, whether by self-exclusion or by a Company-initiated ban, and you have not been excluded from any other gaming platform in a manner that would make your use of ves789 a breach of that exclusion.
4. You are not acting as an agent for, or on behalf of, any other person with respect to any bet or transaction placed on the platform.
5. You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee or director of ves789 or any affiliated company, unless explicit written permission has been granted by the Company.
6. You will maintain only one (1) active account on the ves789 platform at any time. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is a material breach of these Terms and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances.

ves789 processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) exclusively. The platform supports a range of payment methods that are widely used across Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfers via BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. No foreign currency conversion is applied, and no hidden processing fees are charged by ves789.

1. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts may vary depending on the payment method selected and will be displayed at the time of the transaction request.
2. All funds deposited into a ves789 account must originate from a payment account or bank account registered in the name of the ves789 account holder. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.
3. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible, as an anti-money-laundering (AML) control measure.
4. ves789 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to identity documents, proof of payment method ownership, and source-of-funds documentation.
5. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 to 72 hours of submission, subject to successful KYC verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements being met. ves789 does not guarantee processing times for bank transfers, which may take additional time depending on the receiving institution.
6. ves789 reserves the right to void and reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction that it reasonably determines to have been made in connection with fraud, money laundering, or any other prohibited activity.
7. Players are responsible for any taxes, duties, or levies that may be applicable to their winnings under the laws of Bangladesh or any other applicable jurisdiction. ves789 does not deduct, withhold, or remit taxes on behalf of players.

All games available on the ves789 platform are provided by internationally recognised game studios and operate using certified random number generator (RNG) technology or live dealer systems. Game rules for each individual title are available within the game interface and must be read before play commences.

1. By placing a bet or initiating a game round on the ves789 platform, you confirm that you understand the rules of the game and accept the outcome as final, subject to the dispute resolution procedures set out in Section 8 of these Terms.
2. ves789 reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed on the basis of a manifest error in the displayed odds, a technical fault in the game software, or incorrect information displayed as a result of a system malfunction.
3. Bets placed after the official close of a betting market or after the natural conclusion of a game event will be voided. In-play markets are governed by the cut-off rules of the relevant sports betting engine.
4. The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets on the ves789 platform without the express written consent of the Company is strictly prohibited.
5. Collusion between players — including but not limited to chip dumping in poker, coordinated crash game exit strategies, or organised bonus-hunting rings — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
6. ves789 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake, maximum win, or betting frequency applicable to any individual player account at its sole discretion, without explanation, where it determines this to be necessary for risk management purposes.

The following actions constitute a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• ① Using the platform for any purpose connected to money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other criminal activity under the laws of Bangladesh or international law.
• ② Providing false, misleading, or forged identity documentation during the KYC verification process, or misrepresenting your age, identity, or jurisdiction of residence.
• ③ Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any part of the ves789 platform, its software, RNG systems, or security infrastructure.
• ④ Exploiting software bugs, display errors, or misconfigured odds to gain an unfair financial advantage. Any winnings derived from a manifest error will be voided and reclaimed.
• ⑤ Registering more than one account on the platform. All duplicate accounts will be closed and associated balances forfeited without appeal.
• ⑥ Engaging in abusive, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory communication directed at ves789 staff or other players through any channel, including live chat, email, and any social media connected to the brand.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ves789, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

1. ves789 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While the Company makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous platform availability, it does not warrant that the platform will be free from interruptions, errors, or technical faults at all times.
2. ves789 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of temporary platform unavailability due to scheduled or emergency maintenance, internet service disruptions, third-party payment gateway outages, or events beyond the Company's reasonable control.
3. The total aggregate liability of ves789 to any individual player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
4. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
